The price

The same price is also given as about $24.99, and the 10 percent discount as about $22.50. Xbox and PlayStation prices have not been announced.

How to read the Steam line

The list price is $24.99, and a 10 percent launch discount brings the Steam checkout to $22.49. The same price is also given as about $24.99, and the same discount as about $22.50. Keep both. Folding them into one number would hide the discount and the rounding. Regional prices can differ.

The game client includes English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Czech, Russian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Turkish, Ukrainian, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian are not in the client.

Consoles and the other purchase

Xbox and PlayStation have the 1.30 patch. A Game Pass release has not been announced. Console players were included in the official-server reset on the update page.

Frostline remains its own product. A combined Hot & Cool Bundle exists for people buying both. Nasdara itself is still the paid expansion, even where bikes also exist in the base game. The split is on the home page.

The Steam price and the Windows limit

On Steam, DayZ Badlands is Windows only, app 3816030. The full game is DayZ, app 221100. You pay $24.99, or $22.49 while the launch discount is up. About $24.99 and about $22.50 are the rounded forms of that same ask and that same 10 percent cut. The discount is the Steam checkout, not a second product.

The Hot & Cool Bundle sells Badlands together with Frostline. Frostline can still be bought on its own. A bundle price has not been announced. Compare the pair in the store against two separate purchases before you check out.

If your language is French, Italian, German, Spanish, Czech, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Japanese, or either Chinese script, the client can run in it. Turkish, Ukrainian, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian are absent from that set, so the game will not switch to them.

Xbox, PlayStation, and Game Pass

Xbox and PlayStation get the 1.30 patch. A Game Pass release has not been announced. No Xbox or PlayStation price has been announced, and the Steam discount to $22.49 does not automatically become a console sale.

The wipe on 15 October 2026 cleared characters and bases on official servers for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. Install the patch for the console you play. The PC stable build that day is version 1.30.164078.

Bikes, the province, and the weapon names are the same systems once 1.30 is on your platform. Spawns off Nasdara are lower, not platform-exclusive. If a later console patch differs from the PC build, trust the date on the patch you actually installed.

What to read before you pay

If you already own DayZ on Steam and you want the province, you are buying app 3816030, not another copy of app 221100. If you want the shared bikes and reskins only, the base game’s 1.30 update is the patch, and Nasdara stays locked.

If you want Frostline as well, look at the Hot & Cool Bundle before you buy Badlands alone. If you play on Xbox or PlayStation, do not treat $22.49 as your price. That figure is the Steam discount.

The hillside picture shows stone houses and a minaret. That is Nasdara, not a price table and not a platform logo. Use it to recognize the province, then use the figures above for the purchase.
